everything pack.

after having saturday school yesterday
i was not prepared to wake up early once again today.
today was the day of my first (of three) teaching fellows open house.
my mother, superman, and i hit the road and began our two hour drive to
the biggest university north carolina has to offer..
nc state.

less than 30 minutes into the trip superman was passed out in the back seat

this picture was taken on the way home.
hints the darkness & bad lighting.

and i was craving my morning coffee..
so we stopped at sheetz and then i was perfectly content for the whole day.

at around twelve o clock
we had arrived to the gorgeous city of raleigh
and our stomachs were growling..
bojangles was calling our name.
here we received the biggest fast food take out bag ive ever seen.
it was literally the length of my arm!
(in the moment i didnt even think to take a picture)

after finally finding the parking deck we needed to park in
there where a future teaching fellow every 50 feet telling you which way to go.
after following from fellow to fellow or the "breadcrumbs" as superman called them.
we had arrived finally to the open house.
after registering we immediately took a tour of syme hall..
where teaching fellows stay.

as soon as the tour guide told me that this was one of the oldest dorms
on campus i instantly thought this is going to be a horrible dorm.
oh was i in for a surprise.. the dorm rooms were huge.
the tour guide said that this dorm is home to the biggest dorms on campus.
the smallest dorms in the building were not small at all.
she also said that the smallest dorms were the average size the largest dorms in the other halls.

next we set through four very informational sessions.
all the current fellows were extremely nice
as well as the faculty and staff.

my mother, superman, and myself decided to tour on our own.
while i was walking around i thought to myself
i could definitely see myself calling
nc state my home in just a few short months.

but there are two more open houses to go
so who really knows where i will be.
meredith and charlotte here i come.
