everyhing is better in fours.

who says that christmas can only last for one day?

last wednesday night was the night of the fantastic four christmas gift exchange.

after the basketball game we all went our separate ways before reuniting at mi casa.

around nine fifteen everyone had arrived & we were ready to begin.

but before we torn the paper off the first gift,

we realized that they only christmas decorations left in the basement
were the hanging from the many deer, bear, and the elk on the walls around us..

 we saw the scrawny tree in the corner & decided that it was its time to shine.

it was its lucky day.

it was our charlie brown christmas tree.

after admiring our homemade christmas tree..

i was time to exchange from oldest to youngest.

first was fall.

she received..

a book, pajama pants, candy, ice cream maker, candle, lotion, sticker for her car.

second was chris.
she got..

an earth friendly coffee traveling mug, pajama pants, earrings, sweat shirt, lotion, candy.

third was myself.
i received..

a yellow and black scarf,  watch, wallet, a personalized book, candy, lotion.

i am so loved. they each know me so well.

fourth was allie.

she got...
an umbrella, beanie, necklace, pajama pants, robe. 

after exchanging gifts,

taking a thousand pictures on skype,

making cookies,

eating junk food,

watching going the distance twice,

 

catching up with each other,

& having a wonderful girls night..

we finally hit the hay & called it a night.
